Building destroyed by large fire in southwest Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio – Firefighters battled a large fire in southwest Franklin County on Monday.The fire was at a building near US-62 and SR-665 in Pleasant Township.Pleasant Township trustee Ed Sheets told 10TV it was the old Mid State Diesel building which is no longer in business and only used for storage.Sheets said the fire chief told him there are no injuries.The Columbus Division of Fire also assisted on the scene.A cause of the fire has not been released.
