Budget includes $455,000 to help pay for new signs at airport
The John Glenn name should soon be on display everywhere around John Glenn Columbus International Airport, thanks to $455,000 in state funding included in the state of Ohio budget as proposed by both the Ohio House and Senate. The Columbus Regional Airport Authority, which oversees John Glenn Airport, will absorb the remaining $220,000 in renaming costs, according to airport spokeswoman Angie Tabor.
