Buddhist congregation finds home at Near East Side synagogue

The Buddhist congregation that lost its Franklinton temple to a suspicious fire this winter has found a temporary home in a Jewish synagogue. Congregation Tifereth Israel on the Near East Side is giving the Columbus Karma Thegsum Choling Tibetan Buddhist Center rent-free office, classroom and meditation space for the foreseeable future.
