Buckeye Lake debris might be sunken 1850s canalboat

BUCKEYE LAKE, Ohio — To the naked eye, the pile of muck deposited on the north shore of Buckeye Lake in February could’ve been anything. It could have been just another one of the countless heaps of earth that are commonplace at construction sites. Or, it might be an 1850s canalboat.
