Brian Golsby's attorney: "I beg of you, don't kill him"

Jurors began deliberating around noon Tuesday whether convicted killer Brian Golsby should live or die for his crimes.Golsby, 30, was convicted last week for the February 8, 2017 kidnapping, rape, robbery and murder of Ohio State student Reagan Tokes.Jurors must decide if he should receive the death penalty or a lesser prison sentence.Prosecutors say Tokes, who would have turned 23 on the day of Golsby's conviction, was abducted from the Short North area as she left work, forced to drive to ATMS
