Boyce engages House speaker in unusual angry exchange

As the hour ticked toward midnight, a dustup over Rep. Kevin Boyce’s floor speech on Wednesday spilled over into an angry, nose-to-nose confrontation between the Columbus Democrat and House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger. Members began to disperse after an hours-long session ended, but Boyce headed down the aisle and up the steps to the dais where Rosenberger, R-Clarksville, still stood.
