Book resurrects recipes from 3 iconic central Ohio restaurants

Three former central Ohio restaurants are being remembered for their contributions to the nation's food scene in a new book chronicling historic American restaurants and their recipes. In "The Book of Lost Recipes" by New York author Jaya Saxena, dishes from the Kahiki Supper Club and the Maramor Restaurant, both Columbus icons, and the San-Dar Smorgasbord of Bellville rub elbows with those from Chasen's of West Hollywood, California, and Maxim's Chicago.
