Bomb scare prompts evacuation at Pickerington North High School

PICKERINGTON -- A bomb scare prompted an evacuation at Pickerington North High School Thursday morning and classes were canceled for the remainder of the day.The district evacuated the building after wires were seen hanging out of a student's locker and an odor was identified in that area.Pickerington Local School District public information officer David Ball said the investigation determined that the wires were decorations, which were attached to a battery.
