Body pulled from Scioto River identified as Payton Young

Authorities have identified a body pulled from the Scioto River as 17-year-old Payton Young.The Columbus Police Dive Team recovered Payton’s body Monday near Hayden Falls Park.Payton was last seen on January 21.
