Body found along I-71 in Delaware County

A body was found on Interstate 71 in Delaware County on Thursday night. It was a woman's body and is believed to have been struck by a vehicle. The body was found near the rest area and mile marker 128, said a dispatcher at the West Jefferson Post of the State Highway Patrol.
