Body discovered behind trash bin identified as North Side resident

Columbus police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found behind a trash bin at an apartment complex on the city's North Side Tuesday morning. The man was identified as Jaime Martinez, 39, who was a resident of the apartment complex, said Sgt. David Sicilian, first-shift supervisor of the Police Division's homicide squad.
