Bob Evans Farms believes sales at its restaurants will turn around next year. Leading the rally is a new menu for lunch and dinner that will launch in August. The new menus follow last year’s breakfast revamp that focused on higher quality ingredients, better recipes and small touches, like bright placemats and new coffee cups.
