Bob Evans’ results put executives on defense

The turnaround at Bob Evans Farms is still somewhere in the turn. The New Albany-based restaurant and prepared-foods company continued a trend this past quarter of plunging performance at its restaurants and accelerating growth in its sausage and side-dish business.
