Bob Evans is closing 27 restaurants, affecting about 1,100 employees. The New Albany-based company closed 21 stores in 10 states over the weekend, including a pair of stores in Ohio — in the Dayton and Toledo markets. Those stores are owned by Bob Evans. The location of the other six stores to be closed was not revealed. They will shut down later this year.
