Bitter cold, winds welcomed by central Ohioans seeking thrill

The bitter cold temperatures are enough to deter most people from venturing outside lately but some told 10TV these are the conditions they have waited for.“If we go a couple days without wind we kind of go into withdrawal,” said Don Dunphy, who took to Buckeye Lake Saturday afternoon to go snowkiting.The sport is similar to kiteboarding except practiced on frozen bodies of water with ice, some snow and enough wind to get the kite going.It only takes about 3 mph, Dunphy said.Weather
