Bitter cold, continuing snow emergencies delay, cancel classes in central Ohio

Icy roads and bitter cold have delayed and closed classes in many central Ohio districts, primarily those south and east of Columbus. Districts in Perry and Pickaway counties are closed for a third straight day, with many Fairfield County districts delaying the start of classes.
