The Bishop Hartley Hawks are back-to-back Division IV state champions.Matteo Agriesti kicked a 31-yard field goal with 2 seconds left to spare and Columbus Bishop Hartley defeated Steubenville 24-21 in the Ohio Division IV state championship game Friday.
