Bill Foley: The name you know, but can't remember why

History. We all have it.
Reminders of where we've been. Scars that heal but never go away.
Scars that become teachable lessons.
Underneath the Union uniform, Bill Foley teaches a Fredericktown Middle School class about the Civil War. It's a hobby for Foley; a pastime that he's always enjoyed passing on.
"Just because I love it so much," he said. "I'm always surprised at how much [students] do know and how much they don't know."
