Big Run Park reopened after hazmat response

COLUMBUS – Columbus police officers and firefighters responded to a possible chemical spill inside of Big Run Park in west Columbus.Police said they were called just before 2 p.m. to an area southeast of the Columbus Police substations located at 4215 Clime Road.The Columbus Division of Fire said they received a call that the creek was white and when fire crews arrived they verified the color.
