Bicyclist killed in early morning hit-skip crash

The Franklin County Sheriff Office says a vehicle struck and killed a male bicyclist in Clinton Township early Wednesday morning.According to deputies, a motor vehicle traveling westbound on Agler Road stuck 41-year-old Joshua Richardson IIIwho was riding his bike in the roadway around 3:30 am.Richardson was transported to Grant Medical Center where he later died.The driver involved failed to stop after the crash.
