Bexley to target distracted drivers

They’re all-too-familiar behaviors Rinehart and other city officials hope to soon curtail. Bexley will become the first community in central Ohio to ban cellphone use while driving. The law, which makes cellphone usage a primary offense, becomes effective citywide on Friday.
