Bexley teacher writes book to help kids understand cancer
A new book helps Central Ohio students understand cancer.
It's called "Nellie's Walk," and is told through the perspective of a little girl's walk through the woods with her mother.
The lesson is one of life's toughest.
"Mom, does the medicine make you tired?" Nellie asks.
"The medicines I take that make my hair go away help my body fight the cancer," answers her mother.
