Bank inside grocery store robbed in west Columbus

A PNC bank inside a Kroger, located at 3600 Soldano Blvd. was robbed late Wednesday morning, according to Columbus police.According to a release, a muscular-built black man, approximately 40 years of age, 6-foot tall and 200 pounds, wearing a grey T-shirt and sunglasses walked into the back and handed the teller a note demanding money. The teller complied and the suspect fled with an undetermined amount of cash.
