Baltimore residents go to commissioners over police shooting range issues

Tuesday a group of Baltimore residents took their concerns about a police gun range to the Fairfield County Commissioners.The range has been there for decades but adjacent property owners said it’s become a problem in the last couple years.Neighbors believe rules aren't being followed and bullets are being shot above where they should, coming onto their properties.Baltimore’s police chief said two investigations have been done which concluded the bullets were not reaching the propert
