Baltimore PACU program aims to help fight heroin epidemic

Community members in the village of Baltimore met Wednesday night at Christ United Methodist Church to discuss the heroin epidemic and offer a solution to the problem plaguing their community.
"Baltimore's probably the nicest community in central Ohio," Police Chief Mike Tussey said.
But in the small town of Baltimore, heroin has a hold.
"Between the park and the swimming pool we recovered four used needles," Chief Tussey said.
