Ballot Board fixes flawed language for pot legalization issue

After a month of fighting words, the Ballot Board and ResponsibleOhio quickly and quietly agreed agreed on a fix today for flawed language in the marijuana legalization amendment voters will decide Nov. 3. The board, comprised of three Republicans and two Democrats, voted unanimously this morning to change ballot language the Ohio Supreme Court ruled was inaccurate and misleading to voters.
