Ballot Board approves term-limit measure

Backers can begin collecting signatures for a ballot effort to limit the time lawmakers could serve in the Ohio legislature. The state’s Ballot Board certified the proposal as a single issue on Friday. That means supporters can begin gathering the roughly 306,000 signatures needed to place the issue on 2016 ballots.
