Bailiff investigated over chokehold on handcuffed juvenile

A Clinton County court official might face criminal charges after a court video shows him putting a handcuffed 17-year-old from Columbus in a headlock and dragging him out of court. Juvenile Court Bailiff James Buckner, a former Clinton County deputy sheriff, is being investigated by the Ohio attorney general's Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
