Babysitter pleads not guilty in child's death

A London babysitter made her initial appearance in court Tuesday to answer to charges related to the death of an infant in her care in May. Jessica Carter, 35, pleaded not guilty to charges of reckless homicide and endangering children, both third-degree felonies, in Madison County Common Pleas Court. She is charged in the May 19 death of 7-month-old Noah Hagmeier.
