Authorities are seeking assistance in finding a 16-year-old from Richland County who has been missing for more than a month.Cissali Johnson was last seen in Ontario on January 1.She is described as a black female, 5'0'', 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.Officials did not have a clothing description available.If you have information, contact the Richland County Sheriff's Office at 419-774-5881.
