Authorities: Man indicted on robbery, rape charges after assault near southeast Columbus

The Franklin County grand jury has indicted a man on several charges after authorities say he raped a woman who was walking home near the southeast side of Columbus.Prosecutors say shortly after noon on September 25, 2018, 53-year-old Stevie Lewis Black “appeared out of nowhere” near Lockbourne Road and led the 34-year-old victim to a grassy field where he raped her.
