Authorities identify would-be robber who was fatally shot

Authorities have identified the man who they say was fatally shot when he tried to rob an electronics store in Franklin Township Saturday night. Franklin County Coroner Anahi Ortiz said the man is 32-year-old Brian Watson. Watson entered the Boost Mobile store in a strip plaza in the 900 block of Harrisburg Pike armed with a gun and wearing a mask, according to the Franklin County sheriff's office. A store clerk with a concealed carry permit who was working at the time shot and killed the man.
