Authorities: High winds led to partial building collapse in south Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Authorities say high winds were the culprit for a partial building collapse in south Columbus Sunday evening.Approximately 100 people were in the Kroger Pharmacy refill center on Rickenbacker Parkway West when it partially collapsed.Columbus Fire Battalion Chief Martin says two people had minor injuries.Authorities say the building is structurally sound and will be watched overnight.
