Audit: Bonuses paid in data scandal haven't been returned to Columbus schools

Five years after Columbus City Schools employees were given bonuses based on fraudulent data, the scandal remains on the school district's books: A state audit says employees have not yet repaid more than $36,000 in bonuses.
