Athens couple charged in woman's overdose death

An Athens County couple has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the opiate-overdose death of a woman, county Prosecutor Keller Blackburn said. Roger E. Rutter, 45, and Tammy L. Rutter, 33, of Glouster, are accused of causing the death of Mackinsey R. Roberts, 27, also of Glouster, in their home on April 27, Blackburn said in a news release.
