Athens County man sentenced for receiving child pornography

An Albany man has been sentenced to 60 months in prison for receiving child pornography.According to court documents, an FBI Task Force Officer received information from a submitted tip regarding images of child pornography that had been uploaded through a Gmail account in March 2015.Investigators linked 51-year-old James Harrah to the upload through IP addresses and his phone number.
