Athens County couple pleads guilty in woman's overdose death

An Athens County couple have been sentenced to prison for causing a woman to fatally overdose on heroin. County Common Pleas Judge Patrick J. Lang sentenced Tammy L. Rutter, 33, to three years in prison, and Roger E. Rutter, 45, to two years in prison.
