Ash Wednesday, Valentine's Day aren't at odds

If you're planning to take your date out for a steak dinner on Valentine's Day and either you or your beloved is Catholic, you'll have to rethink your plans. For the first time in 73 years, Valentine's Day falls on the same day as Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the Lenten season for Christians.
