Arrest made in theft from Columbus police car

A 34-year-old Ohio man has been arrested in connection with the theft of an M16 rifle, a handgun and two ballistic vests from an unmarked Columbus police car. The Columbus Dispatch reports Craig Stewart was charged with two counts of felony theft after police say surveillance video showed him and another man pulling off the heist.
