Arrest made in 2014 East Side shooting death

Columbus Police have filed murder charges in a 2014 shooting death on the East Side. Detectives arrested Davon Ernest Jay Hairston, 21, of the 1200 block of E. 22nd Ave. on Tuesday and charged him in the death of Stevaun M. Jessie on May 31, 2014.
