Arnold Schwarzenegger helps Kasich campaign with max donation

WASHINGTON — Republican Gov. John Kasich’s presidential campaign committee and the independent organization supporting him spent $11.4 million during the final three months of last year as part of his effort to finish among the top three contenders in next week’s New Hampshire primary.
