Armed man's shooting justified, panel says

A Columbus police review board has ruled that the actions of five Columbus Police officers involved in a fatal shooting of an armed suspect on the West Side last year were justified. Marese V. Collins, 23, died from multiple gunshot wounds February 7, 2016 after refusing to drop a gun he was carrying, police said.
