Argument over electric scooter leads to shooting in north Columbus

COLUMBUS – A 15-year-old boy was shot four times after an argument over an electric scooter got out of hand Monday afternoon.The shooting happened at about 4:35 p.m. on 23rd Avenue and Gladstone Avenue.According to a press release from Columbus police, an argument over renting a scooter led the suspect to leave and return in a gray car, opening fire at the victims.Police said the victim ended up in 1000 block of 20th Avenue.​The boy was taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital a
