Arctic cold closes, delays central Ohio schools

With wind chills in the teens below zero, many school districts are delaying the start of classes on Thursday, and some schools have closed. Groveport Madison and Hamilton Local schools are closed, and Big Walnut, Buckeye Valley, Canal Winchester, Johnstown-Monroe, Jefferson Local, Marysville, Newark and Olentangy are among the districts with delays.
