Arbitrator: Columbus cop disciplined for shooting suspect was justified

An arbitrator has sided with a Columbus police officer who shot and wounded a wanted man during a close-quarters encounter in the dark two years ago, saying the city’s decision to discipline him rested on the “20/20 vision of hindsight” that is precluded by the U.S. Supreme Court.
