Apartment project planned near Columbus State

A 1920 brick warehouse near Columbus State Community College would be converted into 80 apartments under a proposal by a pair of Columbus developers. JSDI Celmark, a partnership of Jerome Solove Development Inc. and Celmark Development Group, bought the warehouse this month for $2 million from BalletMet.
