Apartment owner, ex-tenant settle lawsuit over blog posts

A settlement has been reached in a 2013 lawsuit in which a landlord accused a Columbus tenant of defamation. Connor Group, a Dayton-area real-estate firm, has reached an agreement with the now-former tenant, James Raney, that calls for Connor to drop the suit and Raney to no longer disparage the company.
