Apartment, commercial project planned for West Side

Columbus developer Preferred Living is planning to build almost 500 apartments and a commercial development at Trabue Road and McKinley Avenue on the West Side. Preferred Living, one of the area's largest apartment builders, has asked the city to rezone 29 acres on the southwest corner of Trabue and McKinley for the development.
