Apartment building with ground-floor cafe planned at on E. Main Street Downtown

Another new apartment building is being planned for Downtown Columbus, this one in the emerging nightlife area of E. Main and S. 4th streets. Plans were submitted to the city for an 8-story building at 195 E. Main St., now the site of a one-story industrial building.
