Another marijuana legalization ballot proposal snuffed by Ohio AG

Another marijuana legalization ballot bid was tossed by Attorney General Mike DeWine on Monday. DeWine rejected what he said was faulty ballot language for the Medical Cannabis and Industrial Hemp Amendment. The proposal was submitted March 10 by a citizen group led by Don E. Wirtshafter, an Athens County lawyer and long time marijuana activist.
